Trip to Weiden, Germany

Today we took a trip to Weiden. Our original goal was to take the train to Weiden then get on a bus to Flossenbürg to see the concentration camp, unfortunately we missed the bus lol! So instead, we walked around Weiden, in the touristy/shopping area. It was a short trip so there isn't that many pictures.

While Justin got ready I played with the kitties!
Max!

Jack loooves high places!

Playing on top of the shower lol!

So proud of himself!

My snuggle-buckets!!!

They did this all on their own! They sleep like this a lot, so cute!

This is the outside of our hotel room, Max didn't want
 us to leave lol!

At the Bahnhof

Waiting for the train...

This pretzel was soooo good! It had butter and little
green onions in it.

Pretzel Wrapper

Would you like some Jack Daniels in a can? haha

Paparazzi!

Waiting at the Weiden train station/bus stop...we hadn't
realized yet that we JUST watched our bus leave haha!

Random building

Weiden shopping center

Such a cool looking building! All the windows were
stained glass, and I loved the vines!

I wouldn't be a normal day in Germany without Bier!
I got the Kristallweizen (which was gross, it tasted
like Bud Light) and Justin got Cola Weizen (a bier
and coke mixture.)

My second Bier haha. This one tasted way better than
my last.

Nürnberg, Germany Round Two

Last time Justin and I went to Nürnberg we went on a Sunday and everything was closed! That meant no shopping! So this time around we went to Nürnberg to do a little shopping, and some more sightseeing! It was such a beautiful day! The whole week it had been really cold, like in the 30's and 40's , but today it was in the 60's and there wasn't a cloud in the sky!

Bier for the road!

Waiting for the train

This Bier wasn't very good compared to the other one
I had.

Beautiful four-story house I saw on the train ride!

Getting my shoppin' on!

This was part of a huge fountain!

...pretty creepy.

My handsome husband!

Once the sun went down, the Red Light District came to life. We got lost and this is where we ended up haha. There were ladies in lingerie in every window, but I have to admit it wasn't very entertaining. I thought they would be performing burlesque or something, not just sitting on a seat eating dinner or texting on their phones haha.

Red Light District, it continued down the road for
another two blocks.

This was an Opera House or Theater

Shopping area

My favorite store so far! I blew most of my money here!

German McDonald's! They're everywhere, just like the States!

More shopping!

I saw this in the window and had to take a picture.
It's so pretty!
